The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The host, Amy, was friendly and quick to respond. My family very much enjoyed our stay! Side note, make sure to bring toilet paper because there is no extra left for guests. No big deal, just a heads up.

We came to visit the East Coast and Matt & Amy were great hosts and communicated before & after arrival. The ABNB was well stocked, newly remodeled, great linens, Beds very comfy and had lot’s of space. Lots of great recommendations for guest’s for places to eat & things to do were on the counter with all important information when we arrived. Neighborhood was safe, nice and very friendly. You can walk to a lot of places including the beach across the street a short distance. We enjoyed Nonna’s Italian just around the corner for dinner our first night and it was great. My husband & I enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area and nearby towns. You can’t go wrong with a stay at Matt & Amy’s ABNB. We felt right at home and enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet area of the ABNB after sightseeing all day. It was a great place to come back to. We will stay again on our next visit to the East Coast. Thank you Matt & Amy for all your hospitality and hard work during our stay!

Great spot for us. Easy in and out and had everything we needed and more. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, it made it hard to get out and take advantage of the great location.

Cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Matt’s property. Absolutely spectacular renovation of an older home that now looks brand new. Every possible thing you might need or want was provided. Decor was spot on, beds quality and comfortable, place was spotless, hosts were super responsive. Will definitely rent it again or look at one of his other properties in the area on my next trip. The guy knows what he is doing.

My family (husband, toddler, baby) all stayed here for a weekend. We were so impressed with the space. It’s laid out in a way that is both spacious and cozy. Walking distance to a great pizza spot, the beach, and a little store to get drinks or snacks. We also went to the gazebo. We’d absolutely come here again!!!!!!

Thank you, Amy and Matt for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. We loved the beachy coastal vibe, comfortable beds and couches and well-equipped kitchen. The beach is a short 2-min drive across the street with free parking. The house was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We will certainly be back for another weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is very clean, cute and comfortable. Having the pool was a nice upgrade even though we did not use it. Location was ideal for visiting our family.

It was perfect for me and large enough with the three bedrooms. Appreciate the laundry facilities at the home. Pool area was very nice. Furnishings were comfortable and very clean. Great getaway. I walked a mile to the shops and restaurant area enjoying the waterway (intracoastal waterway) scenery. In 5 to 10minute drive, you are at the beach! I would come again! Host was fantastic in responding to my needs or questions!

We had a lovely time together as a family. The chess board and Hot tub were family favorites for sure. Overall it was the perfect escape and the amenities were just what we needed.
