House rules, thanks for taking the time to read! If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We have a no party policy but do understand the importance of gathering and enjoying time with family and friends. We just like to know if you plan on hosting 3-4 people or 12 of your brothers and sisters with their spouses, kids and many cars. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Please, not all residents are on vacation, so we ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, we strive to keep our neighborhoods happy. SMOKING in the house is a NO NO, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside with use of ash tray. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We charge a $500 fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking. No unregistered guests allowed, this includes illegal substances, Thanks! Please do not rearrange furniture, this makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. You must be 25 to rent this home. In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. We ask that all guests & pets in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pets checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 2 and a pet fee for any animals you bring. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines. We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!
