House rules, thanks for taking the time to read! Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We understand the importance of enjoying time with family and friends. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible. SMOKING in the home is NOT ALLOWED, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside away from windows and door and not under covered areas with use of ash tray. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking. PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property. We love clean hygienic properties and this is a simple request to help us make sure each guest after you received the property in the same condition you did. We have artificial turf, this will stain if not attended to right away. It's also a good idea to hose down where they have gone to the bathroom. PARKING on the street is prohibited this is a narrow road. We have 2 areas for parking one is just before you get to the main driveway. NOTE: Our neighbor directly across from us has asked us to remind guests to use caution when you are backing up to not drive onto his lawn... he will remind you if you do Pool Rules: 1. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 2. No glass or food in the pool areas 3. No animals allowed 4. No running or dangerous horse play 5. No diving Please do not rearrange furniture, this makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. You must be 25 to rent this home. In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 3 guests. We ask that all guests & pets in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pets checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 3 and a pet fee for any animals you bring. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines. We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!
