We have remodeled every inch of this house and hope you enjoy it! We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge! The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. If you prefer to grill, one is outside, for those perfect Florida nights! The dining table has room for 6 people. We also have a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. This property has three buildings. The main house, Laundry room and 2nd Bathroom and lastly the Guest Suite in the rear of the property. All three connected by covered patios. Main House consists of 2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom and a game room. If you have small children and need this as a 3rd bedrooms we can provide 2 single beds. Middle building just through the screened in patio is the Laundry Room with completely remodeled 2nd Bathroom. Behind this building is a private patio and hottub. In the back of the property is the 3rd Bedroom guest suite, with queen bed, sitting area & TV. Great place for someone to have a little more privacy away from the main house. This bedroom is just steps away from the second bathroom. The master bedroom in the main house has a luxurious king size bed with premium linens and a built-in closet system. The bedroom is decorated in a cool white/navy palette. It is a very calm and relaxing space. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with spa-like décor. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds for the kids! The main bathroom has been recently renovated with a walk in shower. An additional toilet/shower is located in the laundry room. All rooms have their own TV and games to enjoy. The house is outfitted with a large Smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and the kids room. High definition cable and Comcast Blast! WIFI for super strong streaming. The house boasts a screen porch with a sitting area and grill. The perfect set up for relaxation with a loveseat and 2 deep seated chairs. Another feature is the NEW Hot Tub that holds 6. After a day at the beach, come home and relax! We welcome our furry friends however, all pets must be on a lease and must be picked up after. We charge a pet fee of $125 and require that all pets be approved prior to arrival. We provide all the comforts of home with plenty of beach chairs & towels as well, all you need to bring is your clothes!

House rules, thanks for taking the time to read! Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We understand the importance of enjoying time with family and friends. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible. SMOKING in the home is NOT ALLOWED, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside away from windows and door and not under covered areas with use of ash tray. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking. PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property. We love clean hygienic properties and this is a simple request to help us make sure each guest after you received the property in the same condition you did. Please do not rearrange furniture, this makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. You must be 25 to rent this home. In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests & pets in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pets checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4 and a pet fee for any animals you bring.
