We ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, we strive to keep our neighbors happy. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! PETS are subject to approval and additional cleaning fees apply Four legged RULES: They must be on a leash and not left outside unattended. Pet waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately in the yard and on walks. SMOKING in the house is a NO NO, if you smoke, we ask that you only do this outside with use of ash tray. No unregistered guests allowed, this includes illegal substances, Thanks! We like how things are set up so we ask that you do not rearrange furniture. This makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. Thank you so very much!!!
