House Rules
House rules and requirements. We wish for a truly memorable experience for you and your fellow travelers, thank you for taking the time to review our house rules. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away we ask that you set the temperature to 78, its nice to give the units a break, thanks! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, we strive to keep our neighbors happy. SMOKING in the house is a NO NO, if you smoke, we ask that you only do this outside with use of ash tray. No unregistered guests allowed, this includes illegal substances, Thanks! We like how things are set up so we ask that you do not rearrange furniture. This makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. Thank you so very much!!!
