This home has been completely renovated! Two outdoor seating areas the front is a covered patio, or lounge by the water and watch the Manatees and an evening sunset! Open living/kitchen/dinning room area, or sit out in the sun room with ample seating and a sofa bed for the 5th guest.

We ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, we strive to keep our neighbors happy. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! SMOKING in the house is a NO NO, if you smoke, we ask that you only do this outside with use of ash tray. PETS are subject to approval and additional cleaning fees apply Four legged RULES: They must be on a leash and not left outside unattended. Pet waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately in the yard and on walks. No unregistered guests allowed, this includes illegal substances, Thanks! We like how things are set up so we ask that you do not rearrange furniture. This makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. Thank you so very much!!!

The minimum age requirement to rent home is 25 In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 3 guests. We ask that all guests & pet in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pet checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 3 and a pet fee for any animals you bring. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines. This is a quiet family orientated neighborhood. Close to beaches, museums, and outdoor activities. I grew up here on Hutchinson island and it is truly a special place to me. Jensen is a fantastic beach town centrally located between Stuart and Ft. Pierce. We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge! Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. All guests/dogs need to be on the reservation that will be staying at the home. Pre-approval for dogs is required. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We understand the importance of enjoying time with family and friends. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible.
