We have remodeled every inch of this house and hope you enjoy it! The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. If you prefer to grill, one is outside, for those perfect Florida nights! The dining table has room for 4-6 people with an additional 4 bar stools at the counter. We also have a large table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, cozy sitting area, spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower. In addition, you have access to the backyard to enjoy the sunrise or starlight. The spacious 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds with luxurious linens. The third bedroom is often referred to as the kids room. There is a trundle bed with 2 single beds and their own TV and games to enjoy. The second and third bedroom share a remodeled tub/shower bathroom. The house is outfitted with a large Smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and the kids room. High definition cable and Comcast Blast! WIFI for super strong streaming. The house boasts 2 outdoor spaces, the front porch and the private backyard. The backyard is set up for relaxation. Enjoy grilling in the backyard dining area. Or sitting in one of the 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 lounge chairs perfect for outside reading or star gazing at night. We welcome our furry friends however, all pets must be on a lease and must be picked up after. We charge a pet fee of $125 and require that your pet be approved prior to arrival. We provide all the comforts of home with plenty of beach chairs & towels as well, all you need to bring is your clothes! Please, not all residents are on vacation, so we ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, we strive to keep our neighborhood happy. SMOKING in the is a NO NO, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside with use of ash tray. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks! PETS are subject to approval and additional cleaning fees apply, once approved they must be on a leash per HOA rules and pet waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately. We have artificial tuff that holds stains, thanks for picking up! PARKING on the street is prohibited and you will get ticketed and or towed/booted. No unregistered guests allowed, this includes illegal substances, Thanks! Please do not rearrange furniture, this makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards. The minimum age requirement to rent home is 25 In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests & pet in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pet checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4 and a pet fee for any animals you bring. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines. This is a quiet family orientated neighborhood. Close to beaches, museums, and outdoor activities. I grew up here on Hutchinson island and it is truly a special place to me. Jensen is a fantastic beach town centrally located between Stuart and Ft. Pierce. We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge! Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. All guests/dogs need to be on the reservation that will be staying at the home. Pre-approval for dogs is required. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time.
